Welcome to my website. I'm Heleena; I've been a counsellor / therapist / practitioner for twenty years currently based in Greatworth, six miles from Banbury, four miles from Brackley and ten miles from Towcester.

Enabling people to create new zest for life, brings joy and pleasure to me. Crisis and worry can create distress and grief in our life journey; when we can get stuck in the 'grief' or sadness. Counselling can support the process to move through change.

I will be fully committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy within a safe and calm environment with confidentiality being fully respected. An initial session will offer an opportunity for you to share your concerns. It takes much courage and commitment to consider counselling and I believe it is well worth the investment. I work with individuals and couples across all age groups, on an open-ended basis or for an agreed period of time. I manage all areas and aspects of concerns; as a Psychotherapist our training is very long and complex and so we cover all aspects of human conditions and areas of suffering and pain.

Availability

I am available Monday through Saturday and I work during the day and early evenings up to 8pm.

I seek to see all new clients within 48 hours of the initial contact.
