My professional training covers many theoretical models in full trainings to UKCP level of registration in(Psychodynamic: Humanistic: Body Psychotherapy: Energy / Breathwork: Transpersonal: Creativity /art therapy; informing my overall practice.The length of my training covers 15 years in total.I work in a relational model and overall, use this process as the 'container' for the whole psychotherapy work.Reflection is an important part of therapy and journal writing may be a useful tool to adopt as this process unfolds for you. Art and poetry are also powerful tools to support self reflection and understanding unconscious inner processes.
